its prospects for development are short, medium or long-term,
we can advise on appropriate ways of safeguarding, enhancing
and releasing its development potential and value.
Development Options or Conditional
Contracts, between a landowner and a developer, can have an
important role to play and we can provide a comprehensive
service from the negotiation of heads of terms, to the monitoring
of the developer's performance through the planning process,
to the determination of market value following the grant of
planning permission.
Where a potential development site involves a number of different
landholdings, we can assist the landowners in forming a consortium.
Many of the same issues arise where
a landowner wishes to exploit mineral or aggregate reserves
(e.g. sand, gravel, coal, brickclay) or a landfill opportunity.
We can similarly advise on and negotiate Prospecting Licences,
Options and Royalty Leases etc with Mineral and Landfill Operators.
